Welcome to the new HFC forum Empty on the contrary...

HI, and well done on a great website :-)

However, I think that at the moment there are too many categories on the forums. It's early days with the forum and there is a danger (and I've experienced this in the past) that too many categories spreads the posts too thin. It then becomes arduous to trawl around the categories finding new posts etc.

Could I suggest that you limit the categories to about 5-7 to start with. You can always add other ones later on...

Hi Chris and thanks for the feedback.
One simple way to see new posts is to make sure you are logged in before you scroll down the topics and then the topic Icons with new posts will show yellow for any new posts or better still use the 'view posts since last visit' , link just above the topics menu on the forum home page.
See how you get on and let me know if its still a pain.
Please keep sending feeback.

cool, I just think that you shouldn't add any more for the time being and see how it goes...

It is awesome that we have a forum at last though :-)
